Growing up in the bustling city of Mumbai, I was fortunate to be surrounded by the vibrant colors, spices, and aromas of Indian cooking. My earliest memories are filled with the joy of watching my mother and grandmother work their magic in the kitchen, crafting delicious meals with love and care. It was in that family kitchen where I learned that food is more than just sustenance—it’s a way to connect, express, and nurture.
Driven by a deep appreciation for plant-based cooking, I began my culinary journey by experimenting with traditional Indian recipes, adding my own vegan twist to each dish. I traveled across India’s cities and villages, exploring local markets, tasting regional specialties, and learning from seasoned home cooks and chefs. This adventure opened my eyes to the incredible diversity of Indian vegan cuisine and inspired me to share it with the world.
